The Magic Switch 21 is a stainless steel, corrosion-free plate that initiates the opening cycle of a door with the wave of a user's hand, requiring no physical contact. It is available in wireless and hardwired versions and features a backlit LED ring for easier identification in poorly lit areas. Capacitive-sensing technology triggers activations, and an adjustable sensing zone can be modified from 0-4 inches, depending on conditions. Both versions include a sound indicator to denote activation, and the sensor's low profile reduces the potential for damage caused by passing equipment.
