ECO TOWER emergency phone tower has a video surveillance arm option. The option fits a wide variety of fixed and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) video surveillance cameras, which can communicate with the company's analog or VoIP emergency phones using the built in auxiliary contacts. A PTZ camera can be moved to a preset location on events such as emergency call placed or assistance summoned.
