The Profile Series v.G1.5 lock with fob enables teachers to remotely secure classroom locks during emergencies. The lock is a standalone access-control lock that can be opened using a key, PIN code or card and is available in mortise or cylindrical locks or exit-device configurations. The unit supports up to 2,000 users and provides a 2,000-event audit trail. The fob allows for a localized lockdown from inside a classroom. When programmed in panic mode, the lock can be secured remotely from within 75 feet inside of the door to prevent entry. User credentials, including PIN codes and cards, disable when locked in panic mode. An interior indicator flashes red to show that the door is in lockdown mode and can only be reset by someone with a master credential.
