Norton Door Controls
Power Track Series combines single-point electromechanical door holder with standard door closer. Track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid-operated hold-open mechanism and is available with an option integral smoke detector. Closer is mounted on the door; track and hook-up box can be mounted to the frame face or the frame soffit depending on installation requirements. Door can be manually released at any time and the arm slide will release in a power interruption.
