Sensors are neutral-optional to allow installers to decide whether they need a neutral after deciding on a wall switch. If a neutral is needed, it can be connected to the terminal in one step, then the sensor configures itself as necessary. Sensors are single- or dual-relay and PIR or dual technology. Time delay and sensitivity can be adjusted. Light-level sensor holds lights off when ambient lighting is above a preset level, regardless of occupancy status.
