Armstrong Fluid Technology announces factory service plan for IPC Chiller Plant automation systems

By Healthcare Facilities Today

TORONTO — Armstrong Fluid Technology is pleased to announce the introduction of its Factory Service Plan for IPC chiller plant automation systems.

As products have become increasingly intelligent incorporating embedded controls, the skillset required to provide proper service becomes less generic and more dependent on factory-trained and qualified resources. Key aspects of the Factory Service Plan include: inspection and review of key components, assessment of operation conditions, control system tuning, software upgrades as they are released, back-up and secure storage of parameters and settings, and annual training for the Building Operators.

Mark Gallagher – Global Manager of Building Services states “the strong preference that customers have expressed for service from the Manufacturer played a big part in our introduction of the Factory Service Plan. The service will keep the chiller plant running as intended, which will lead to sustained optimal performance and increased overall plant uptime. Customers will enjoy a lower energy bill and get the maximum return for their investment in plant optimization.”
