Charles Maggio joins CBRE Healthcare as managing director

Los Angeles – CBRE  Group, Inc. today announced that Charles Maggio has joined the company’s Healthcare group as Managing Director specializing in healthcare design and planning, construction, development management and integrated strategic real estate solutions. Based in New York City, Mr. Maggio will coordinate with CBRE’s Northeastern Regional Healthcare team to serve that market.

Mr. Maggio brings over 30 years of experience having worked as a practicing architect, hospital facilities executive, project manager and consultant.
