By Healthcare Facilities Today

HOUSTON – NHTS Texas, one of the largest independent commercial HVAC manufacturers' representatives in North America, has become an authorized partner of eSight Energy to offer clients eSight, the advanced software to analyze energy consumption through HTS’ new FIT Building division.

Energy conservation is a leading area of focus for facility managers today. As utility grids continue to experience capacity limitations, building owners and operators seek advanced energy conservation strategies. HTS Texas established the FIT Building program to transform facility operations by managing technology and maximizing a building's performance. HTS selected eSight for its advanced energy analytics techniques, scalable functionality, and user-friendly interface. The comprehensive energy analysis and reporting software will enhance HTS’ expertise in identifying areas for improvement and offering custom HVAC solutions.

“Building owners need to understand how they are consuming energy,” said Mark McClure, HTS FIT Building Solutions Sales Director. “With eSight, HTS can better apply our FIT Building strategies that support energy conservation, water management and indoor environmental quality. Our customers are constantly looking for ways to improve their building operations and reduce cost, so we are excited to add eSight software to our FIT Building offering.”

HTS Texas’ FIT Building Energy Solutions support customers with the direct management or coordination of their utility bill management process, real-time energy reporting, performance-based energy retrofit projects, rebate programs, tax incentives, energy funded initiatives and more.

“With eSight’s innovative analytics and ability to help building managers aggregate their energy usage data into a single central database, it is a perfect addition to HTS Texas’ FIT Building division, “ said Paul Holmes, Western Sales Executive at eSight Energy. “The combined HTS Texas and eSight offering is the ideal solution to help building owners analyze their energy consumption, and clearly identify where energy and cost savings can be made.”
