Harris Williams & Co. Advises Laborie Medical Technologies, Inc. on its Sale to Patricia Industries

(Laborie), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (Audax), to Patricia Industries, a U.S. subsidiary of Sweden-based Investor AB.
