Homelike, holistic trending in healthcare facility design

Facility design is moving away from the 'production line' of caring for patients to models that focus on a holistic approach

Healthcare facility design is moving away from the "production line" of caring for patients to models that focus on a homelike, holistic approach, according to an article on the FacilityCare website.

Architects are looking toward the hospitality sector for ideas. The “boutique” or small hotel style is the newest trend, the article said.
