A photo gallery on Healthcare Design magazine's website offers a virtual tour of the UMass Memorial Cancer Center's new Cancer Pavilion at the Marlborough Hospital. According to the article, the new 12,000-square-foot wing was built with an integrated project delivery (IPD) agreement. The $12.7 million pavilion was the first healthcare project completed in New England under an IPD agreement.
Through this partnership, Goshen anticipates becoming Parkview's largest hospital outside of Fort Wayne and will serve as a regional hub for care, access and growth.
Spanning 19 acres, the campus will include seven buildings, a pond, an outdoor recreation area with a pool, a full basketball court and a rock-climbing wall.
