Q: What are the biggest challenges you or your industry face?

A: Navigating the ever changing world of health care and balancing between our current volume-based, fee-for-service model and the emerging model of value-based, population health management while being fiscally responsible and, at the same time, producing outstanding quality outcomes.

Q: What advice do you have for someone else thinking about a career in your field?

A: Change is constant in the health care industry; prospective employees must possess flexibility and adaptability to navigate these changes and thrive in such a work environment.
