N.D. hospitals partner to solve their laundry problems


When laundry was taking up too much space at Bismarck and St. Alexius Hospitals in Bismark, N.D., the facilities combined their linens and scrubs-washing forces, according to an article on the Hospitals & Health Networks website's Throwback Thursday feature.

The resulting Central Dakota Hospital Laundry Inc. boasted the automatic, sling-fed, loading/unloading washing system pictured.
