Review the specs — Reviewing the specs is an important step — not only in determining the bid on the project, but also assessing how prepared your firm is to handle a project.

The interview — During this phase, it is important to demonstrate expertise, show an understanding of the best practices to implement the project, and take advantage of networking skills.
