Universal Lighting Technologies Wins Two Prestigious Awards from Electo-Federation Canada

Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc., a global leader in lighting and member of the Panasonic Group, received two awards for marketing efforts in Canada from a major industry association.

Electro-Federation Canada (EFC), a national non-profit association representing more than 250 member companies that manufacture, distribute, market and sell a wide range of electrical products, recognized Universal Lighting Technologies in its annual EFC Marketing Awards for two categories:

  • For Merchandising and Display: Universal’s “Driver On” initiative to educate installers and distributors about easy-to-use LED Driver replacement tools; and

  • For Click and Order e-commerce: Universal’s QuikCross mobile web app for technicians looking for LED driver replacement.

The EFC Awards Program, now in its third year, is designed to recognize EFC member organizations demonstrating marketing excellence and innovation within the Canadian electrical manufacturing and distribution. The awards were announced November 2nd at the EFC Future Forum.

“At our core, Universal Lighting Technologies is laser focused on designing market-leading commercial lighting products, but even the best products need a strong education effort to help your partners find them and use them successfully,” said Susan Phillips, Universal’s director of marketing. “As Universal continues to expand our EVERLINE LED offerings, we’ve committed our team to developing top-flight initiatives to support these products in the field and we could not be more proud to be recognized by a great industry partner like Electro-Federation Canada for this effort.”
