$18.5 million rehab center set in Wisconsin

Campus to include a rehab center, long-term living facility and community center

The Grace Lutheran Foundation has announced plans for a new $18.5 million healthcare campus in Altoona, Wis.

The new site will include at least three buildings, including a rehabilitation center. Other building plans include a long-term care facility and a community center, according to an article on the WQOW website.

These facilities will offer a household design. Residents will live in a home-like environment that focuses on independence and community. Each resident will have a private room and bathroom with shower, along with common spaces shared by all the residents in their household.
