The American Institute of Architects (AIA) will offer a one-hour webinar titled “Healthcare Essentials: Hybrid OR – Integrated Planning” on May 7 at 2 p.m. Eastern. 

The webinar will review a case study where integrated technology planning was used to build a hybrid operating room, and how the approach was critical to the successful delivery and long-term viability of the project. 

Additionally, participants will learn about the various types and applications of hybrid operating rooms, some best practice design solutions for them, and how medical technology is impacting healthcare facility design.
