Chris Hodges, P.E., CFM, LEED-AP, IFMA Fellow, FRICS is a Principal and co-founder of Facility Engineering Associates.  Chris has over 30 years of combined engineering and facility management experience and has assisted clients throughout the world with the development of sustainability and operational strategies, along with implementation plans for the optimization of the delivery of facility services. 

Mark Sekula, FMP, LEED-AP, CFM, IFMA Fellow is President of Facility Futures, Inc. and has over 37 years of facility management experience. For the past 14 years practicing as an FM consultant, Mark has provided strategic guidance and expertise to valued clients in real estate assets, physical workplaces, and facility management organizations.
