Children's Hospital of Wisconsin says it's the distraction that makes the app worth playing


At Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, the distraction of Pokémon Go makes the app worth playing — for patients at least, according to an article on the Fox 6 Now website.

A challenge between doctor and patient to find Pokémon characters is also about healing.

"He won't realize that he's walking laps and it's important for the lungs. We get the lungs opened up.  We get the muscle tone back," Dr. David Margolis said.

But Dr. Margolis says Pokémons in Children's Hospital (Wauwatosa) are just for the young patients. Adults should resist the temptation.
