Regular inspections and maintenance are critical to keep roofs in good condition

Neglecting roofs can mean leaks, degradation or major damage, so roof inspections should address specific indicators or conditions. 

Most issues can be traced back to one of three categories — design, materials, or workmanship — or a combination of the three.

Proactive roof evaluation will allow the facility manager to manage the roofing assets on a prioritized basis and to develop a successful long-range roofing program.
