Brady announces new SAFELEX Universal Cable Lockout

Brady, a global leader in industrial and safety printing systems and solutions, today announces its new SAFELEX™ Universal Cable Lockout. This device features a non-conductive red nylon cable that’s ideal for electrical shutoff points and corrosive environments.

“When you need a durable lockout device in challenging environments, Brady’s new SAFELEX Universal Cable Lockout is an ideal solution,” says Tom Campbell, global product manager, lockout tagout for Brady. “The non-conductive cable can be adjusted to a length that meets your application needs, and gives you the versatility of using the cable on up to six energy isolation points. The ability to tighten the cable after the body locks also provides additional flexibility.”

The SAFELEX Universal Cable Lockout is available with 6-foot or 10-foot cables. One to six safety padlocks can be locked to the safety hasp, allowing secure group lockout. In addition, the safety hasp body provides easy identification as a lockout device and is lightweight for improved handling and storage.
