Cleaver-Brooks acquires Camus Hydronics


Cleaver-Brooks, Inc., announced that it has acquired Camus Hydronics, Ltd., a Toronto-based company that designs and manufactures condensing hydronic boilers and heaters for commercial, institutional, large residential and light industrial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Camus Hydronics President Mario Ruscio said, “Cleaver-Brooks is a strong brand, well-known for engineering and manufacturing energy-efficient boiler room solutions. Camus Hydronics has enjoyed strong growth in recent years, and we know the company will continue to thrive with the resources and expertise of Cleaver-Brooks behind it.”
