Dude Solutions, the leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of operations management solutions, today introduced Compliance, an addition to their computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) designed to help hospitals with survey readiness and compliance efforts. Part of TheWorxHub for Healthcare, the new compliance feature will empower hospitals to better manage the fast-paced and regulatory-driven healthcare environment through a single platform.
The enhanced compliance functionality will reference The Joint Commission and National Fire Protection Association codes within TheWorxHub for Healthcare, allowing users to preview requirements while working, link the codes to assets and tasks, and demonstrate proof of compliance to surveyors in real time. Additionally, users will be able to pull reports against any Standard or Element of Performance as defined by The Joint Commission.
“Hospitals are tasked with maintaining complex compliance requirements and regulatory activities that are constantly evolving,” said Shaun Rodgers, director of healthcare strategy at Dude Solutions. “Our compliance feature was designed specifically for the healthcare environment to not only help hospitals stay on top of compliance efforts to ensure patient safety remains a top priority, but to also make their difficult jobs a little easier.”
On the heels of the Compliance release is Space Management, an application within TheWorxHub for Healthcare that will convert assets and tasks, such as preventive maintenance and Environment of Care round workflows, to an interactive map format. The release of the Space Management application is expected this fall.
Dude Solutions debuted the new compliance features of TheWorxHub for Healthcare at the ASHE Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition in Seattle, Washington this week. Live demonstrations will be conducted at the Dude Solutions booth, #2130, throughout the remaining exhibit hours.
