The two companies, which have already commenced integration, have over two decades of combined history providing roofing services to residential, commercial, multifamily clients, and more.

Assurance and its 20 plus employees will operate under the ECO name and brand, growing ECO’s overall employees to more than 100. This combination will expand ECO's resources to the booming Texas markets where Assurance has operated since 2008. It will also provide Assurance with a significantly enhanced national platform with resources in many more regions, such as Colorado and Florida, where ECO has operated in since 2007. ECO plans to continue working with the same Texas referral partners Assurance has worked with in the past.
