How do I implement a system with my internal IT being so busy? Upstate University Hospital took a web based hosted contract management system for one department into a facility wide system. Being able to search across multiple departments and find who is responsible, or the status of the contract or a copy of the contract. There are even alerts that email individuals. You can create tasks for yourself or others within the system.
