Johnson Controls has launched the second episode in its podcast series “Building Connections.”

In this episode, “Talent for Tomorrow,” Rod Rushing, president of Building Solutions North America, shares why workforce development is such a critical need in the buildings industry and what Johnson Controls is doing to address this need. Rushing also discusses the company’s recent partnership with Lincoln Educational Services Corporation to provide expanded career opportunities for Lincoln Tech graduates and help build the Johnson Controls workforce.
