Kaiser Permanente: Members embracing virtual visits

52 percent of the encounters with company physicians are virtual visits

IT accounts for about 25 percent of the health system's $3.8 billion annual capital spend.

Members like the convenience of being able to get minor ailments looked at or get test results outside the doctor's office, Tyson said.
