Laser Spine Institute plans ambulatory surgery center

New 176,000-square-foot facility in Tampa to include corporate HQ


The Laser Spine Institute is planning a new 176,000-square-foot facility in Tampa, Fla., that will house an ambulatory surgery center and its corporate headquarters, according to an article on the Medical Construction & Design website.

The new facility will feature perks to improve the staff's work-life balance including discounted concierge services and amenities onsite for employees.

Plans include an online ordering and pick-up service for groceries, a “dinner on-the-go” service from local restaurants, a drop-off and pick-up area for laundry and dry cleaning, an ATM and local banker accessible several hours a week, as well as a hair and nail spa, barber shop, postal service and an onsite masseuse.
