Legrand introduces high-capacity round furniture feed floor box

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Legrand has introduced a new Wiremold furniture feed floor box. The FloorSource 6" box the highest capacity round floor box in the industry. Designed for both wood floors and raised floors, this box provides dual service capabilities to open-space office workstations, as well as educational, institutional and hospitality applications.

The shallow design of the FloorSource furniture feed box allows it to fit into 3" raised floors. The 6" round shape enables the box to use a standard 6” diameter round hole making for quick and easy installations. It has multiple knockouts from 3/4" to 1½" and a high-capacity side entrance that accommodates a large bundle of communications cable or pre-terminated audio/video cables. A removable divider allows a multiple services to be converted into a single service box when more capacity is required. 

This box accepts durable, Evolution poke-thru furniture feed style covers. TopGuard protection keeps out water, dirt, and debris from the power or communication compartment to meet and exceed the UL scrub water exclusion requirement. Available finished include black, brass, bronze, gray, and nickel.
