Line with all-new Z700X models, featuring Kawasaki FX Engines

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Kubota Tractor Corporation introduced from the floor of GIE+Expo in Louisville, Ky., three new models to its Z700-Series line, the Z724X-48, Z724X-54 and Z726X-60, all powered by Kawasaki’s industry-proven FX engines. Available with a 48-, 54- or 60-inch deck, the Z700X models are engineered to deliver the power operators need, consistently and reliably across virtually all professional turf applications.

“The new Z700X models retain the superior performance and commercial-grade Kubota engineering of our current Z700-Series line, but now offer customers the option of a Kawasaki FX engine,” said Rajesh Joshi, Kubota product marketing director, turf equipment and utility vehicles. “With our focus on product innovations to meet customer and dealer needs, the Z700X is our response to numerous requests to offer a Kawasaki engine option within the Kubota commercial zero-turn line up.”

Powerful and Easy to Maintain

The Z700X models offer both exceptional performance and industry-leading value. With a Parker TorqPact GT 14 transmission, the most power-dense transmission available for commercial turf applications, the Z700-Series is designed for an optimum combination of speed and torque to deliver higher efficiency.

Better overall efficiency means more horsepower to the deck and less heat into the oil. This translates to a fast, high quality cut, whether the turf is easy or tough, or the terrain is flat or hilly. The transmission is designed for easy maintenance and less downtime, requiring far fewer hydraulic oil changes.

Built Tough for Demanding Applications

Kubota’s Z700-Series is engineered with legendary Kubota quality to deliver superior performance in a broad range of commercial turf applications. Built with the operator in mind, every feature is designed to maximize efficiency and productivity. Each model features a seven gauge, six-inch deep, fully-welded deck for superior grass-cutting performance. The simple deck height adjustment makes for quick and easy cutting height changes with a simple turn of a dial and press of the pedal. The Z700-Series is designed with a thick and durable 2” x 3” tubular steel frame for strong and stable operation.

Work Smarter, Not Harder

Comfort is king with the new Z700-Series, offering unmatched ergonomics with a wide operator station and a thick high-back adjustable seat, while heavy-duty sealed spindles and flat-free front caster tires are designed to absorb impact on the job. Ultra-smooth steering provides optimum control and drive-ability at speeds topping 11 mph, allowing operators to mow efficiently while staying comfortable, reducing fatigue and producing a high-quality cut in record time. Each model in the series is equipped with an 11.6 gallon fuel tank for more time on the job, less time refueling, and superior productivity.
