By scanning the QR Code on a MovinCool unit with a smartphone, users are immediately connected to the MovinCool website, where they can register their unit for coverage under MovinCool’s industry-exclusive, full three-year manufacturer’s warranty (two years for ceiling-mount units). Once registered, users can verify the unit’s current warranty coverage period, view dealer contact information, find out where to call for service support and get answers to frequently asked questions, as well as download operation manuals, service manuals and spare parts catalogs.

“We’re proud that MovinCool offers not only the industry’s strongest warranty, but also complete service support,” said David Keller, manager, Heat Management Department. “And now our new Service Link feature lets customers get warranty and service support information even faster and more easily than ever before.”
