In recent years, healthcare facility construction projects have taken advantage of drones in the planning, design and construction of projects, according to an article on the Medical Construction & Design website. 

Newly published rules will provide a clearer regulatory framework for these companies. 

The new rules focus on four areas of drone regulation. First, they restrict the properties and flight capabilities of drones. The new rules also place certain restrictions on the remote pilot when the drone is in operation. 

Third, the new rules place certain responsibilities on remote pilots when operating a drone. Finally, they also restrict those permitted to operate drones.
