NexCore and Catholic Health Initiatives Break Ground on New Medical Facility

The new healthcare facility will offer a variety of medical services.

Officials of NexCore Group and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) broke ground on the new CHI Health Clinic Elkhorn. 

The new medical facility will offer primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, a laboratory and a retail pharmacy. In addition, it will provide space for visiting specialists, and the 3.62-acre site will provide parking for 177 vehicles. 

NexCore will own the new CHI Health Clinic Elkhorn building, which is scheduled to be completed in summer 2023. 

Rounding out the development team is HGA and Darland Construction Co.
