(TechHealth), also a leading provider of cost containment services for workers’ compensation and whose Physical Therapy (PT) program includes a proprietary national network.

The acquisition of TechHealth is expected to drive meaningful value for the existing customers of both companies. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and consents. One Call expects to close the transaction during the third quarter.
