Practice Greenhealth awards winners announced

Awards are given each year to honor outstanding programs that reduce a healthcare facility's environmental footprint


Practice Greenhealth has announced its 2014 Environmental Excellence Award Winners. Awards are given each year to honor outstanding programs that reduce a healthcare facility’s environmental footprint, according to an article on the Medical Construction & Design website.

This year, four awards were added to recognize special achievements in environmental excellence in healthcare, including the Top 25 Environmental Excellence Award, the Circles of Excellence Awards, the Greening the OR Award and the Greenhealth Emerald Award. These awards were added to the Greenhealth Partner for Change Award.

Practice Greenhealth honored the award winners at the Environmental Excellence Awards on June 5 in Cleveland, Ohio.
