Precision Textiles, a leading supplier of coated fabrics, nonwovens and laminations for the bedding, automotive, health care and home furnishings industries, is donating enough level four, medical-grade mattress encasements to meet the current need of a New Jersey hospital. The hospital, located in Englewood, New Jersey, is located in an area of the state most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Part of the Englewood Health system located in New Jersey, Englewood Hospital is a 500-bed acute-care facility.

“New Jersey is one of the hardest hit states by this pandemic, and our health care workers and hospitals are working diligently every day to managing the growing caseload. As a New Jersey-based company, we have a solution that can help assure a sterile bed for people who are ill,” said Scott Tesser, chief executive officer of Precision Textiles. “During this national crisis, we have the expertise and the materials to be able to provide assistance, and we’re more than happy to offer both.”

Precision Textiles’ Premium Smooth Medical Mattress Encasements are manufactured with fabric that meets level four classification by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation, the most protective level for textiles used in health care facilities.
