QSI Facilities, a leading provider of facilities maintenance and construction services nationwide, has acquired Emcon Associates Inc., a facilities maintenance and management company serving clients in the retail, banking, restaurant and hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Both companies share a long history of providing high-performance solutions to help facilities managers improve service levels and reduce the total cost of operations.

We look forward to leveraging our combined strengths to create even greater value for our customers and field partners.”

“Joining forces with QSI will enable us to expand our services for customers and offer growth potential for all key stakeholders along the value chain,” said Cocuzza, CEO of Emcon.
