SIGNET Electronic Systems, Inc. Selected by Interfaith as 2019 Community Partner of the Year

SIGNET Electronic Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce its selection as 2019 Community Partner of the Year by Interfaith Social Services. Each year, the Community Partner of the Year honor is awarded to an organization or business that has demonstrated an exemplary commitment to volunteerism.

Since 2014, SIGNET employees have worked diligently to make a measurable impact in the lives of our neighbors in need. Each month, the company sends a team of individuals to Interfaith’s food pantry and collects canned goods for the organization throughout the year. SIGNET also conducts a yearly backpack, Halloween costume and holiday toy drive.

“My wife, Barbara, began our partnership with Interfaith and remains very involved, volunteering there weekly. Interfaith’s mission and approach truly resonates with us personally and as a business. We pride ourselves in being involved with the community and we are beyond grateful to receive this award. It has truly been a pleasure working and collaborating on initiatives with Interfaith that can help the local community in various ways. We look forward to more years investing our time and resources towards Interfaith and the community they serve,” said SIGNET President, Brad Caron.

Interfaith Social Services is dedicated to improving life for South Shore families and individuals in need. Their successful approach relies on a team of devoting volunteers, donors and community partners to deliver client-centered programs focused on hunger, mental health and emergency assistance. In addition to its food pantry serving thousands of local residents every year (one of the largest food pantries in the Greater Boston area), Interfaith also provides several other programs such as mental health counseling, homelessness prevention, community gardening and much more.
