SYNTEGRA launches game-changing integrated door system and new website

San Dimas, CA – Syntégra Integrated Doors by Design launched a new proprietary door system that raises the bar on integration, durability, flexibility and aesthetics. Not bound by the constraints of traditional doors, frames and hardware, Syntégra developed both the door and locking systems in tandem to unlock benefits that can only be realized by this unconventional yet common-sense approach.

The Syntégra Integrated Door system features a universal lock case and extra heavy-duty top latching mechanism designed to accept various operators such as an inset exit device (UL 305 listed), dual or single levers, or a smaller pushpad for non-exit device applications.  All configurations are tested and listed to UL 10C.  A bottom bolt is also available if extra security is desired.  The versatile locking mechanism offers most functions found in exit devices and mortise locks along with a broad range of electrical options.

The door system features the unique patent-pending Syntégra Edge.  The Syntégra Edge offers full-length adjustability, allowing installers to fine tune the door to the opening with only a screwdriver – while satisfying the most demanding codes for door gaps.

Syntégra Integrated Doors are suitable for the most high-traffic installations in healthcare, hospitality, education, multi-family/senior living, office/commercial as well as sports and entertainment. Applications include:

• Cross Corridor – Standard and Double Egress

• Areas of Assembly

• Elevator Cab and Lobby

• Stairwells

• Office Suite Entrance Doors

The Syntégra Door System arrives at the project with locking hardware and stainless steel continuous hinge installed and the doors ready to hang.  Along with the door and locking mechanism, the system can include frames, closers, hold-open magnets, vision lites and kickplates.  All components have been specifically selected to function as a complete system.

At the recently-launched syntegrausa.com website, users can find in-depth information and support materials about the unique and innovative features and benefits of Syntégra door systems – including  product details and specifications, environments and applications, door lines and options, finishes, LEED information and downloadable product literature.
