Sanders Capital Partners Acquires Cincinnati Office Building for $3.4 Million

Sanders Capital Partners, LLC (SCP), a Birmingham, Alabama based real estate acquisition and development firm, completed its acquisition of a 21,506-square-foot corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio for $3.4 million. The property enjoys a long-term lease to Oncology Hematology Care, Inc. (OHC), one of the nation’s largest independent cancer care practices. The Cincinnati office building serves as OHC’s corporate campus, housing both their executive and administrative personnel.

“This is a compelling asset for SCP to own for many reasons, chief among them being the strength of the tenant and their proven commitment to the facility,” said Brooks Sanders, Vice President of Sanders Capital Partners.

“We are particularly enthused to do a sale-leaseback here because it allows us to create an opportunity for the tenant to reallocate their illiquid property towards more mission-critical activities while we benefit from a strong lease and a property with attractive fundamentals.

“While our principals invest in and develop properties throughout the United States, expanding SCP’s footprint outside of Alabama is a move preceded by much careful thought and consideration,” added Sanders.
