According to VFA, any facility with a facility’s condition number (FCI) above 0.10 is considered to be in fair to poor condition. The Royal University FCI number is 0.58.
“Even after significant investment of $1.1 billion in just the last seven years, we still have more work to do on health capital,” said Health Minister Dustin Duncan in the article.
