Schneider Electric Names Jerome Soltani to Lead U.S. Field Services Operations


Schneider Electric, the leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, announced the appointment of Jerome Soltani as Vice President Field Services Operations & Operational Marketing in the U.S., reporting to Senior Vice President Santiago Perez.

In his new role, Soltani will be responsible for growing the capacities and competencies of the Field Services Operations teams to address rapidly changing customer needs and ensure superior customer satisfaction while also maintaining Schneider Electric’s record for safety. In addition, as lead for Operational Marketing, Soltani will establish sales guidelines and define, design and build portfolio and market strategies that drive growth and market penetration in the U.S. Soltani will continue to lead the Regional Commercial Americas teams.

Soltani will help Schneider Electric customers realize the benefits of EcoStruxure™ and the company's innovative, connected, reliable and efficient solutions, services and expertise. EcoStruxure delivers enhanced value around safety, reliability, efficiency, sustainability and connectivity for customers. It leverages advancements in IoT, mobility, sensing, cloud, analytics and cybersecurity to deliver innovation at every level. This will enable Schneider Electric teams to deliver the services, expertise and support customers need to achieve top performance and reliability, while effectively controlling costs and reducing risk, transforming electrical infrastructure to respond to today's and tomorrow's needs.

Soltani joined Schneider Electric in 2007 as the Global Project Manager Officer based in Grenoble, France, and has held various roles in general management, sales and operations for projects, systems and services activities. Since January 2015, Soltani has been the Vice President, Global Service Center, and recently the Regional Commercial Leader for the Americas. Soltani holds a degree in International Marcom from Spalding University in Kentucky, a master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy from the Rouen Business School in France and an Executive MBA from the ESSEC Business School in Paris.
