The multimillion-dollar project will expand the facility's footprint by about 190,000 square feet to a total of roughly 250,000 square feet.

The expanded Methodist Children’s Hospital will feature a new patient tower and will house 147 beds. The transformed hospital will also have 94 neonatal intensive care unit beds and 40 emergency department beds.
