Sloan, the world’s leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems, has published a new parts and maintenance brochure designed to highlight the best-in-class parts for Sloan products and their importance in extending a product’s lifecycle.
Sloan products perform at their highest levels when maintained exclusively with Sloan Genuine Parts. The new brochure features recommended replacement parts for the most popular flushometer and faucet product lines, along with maintenance indicators that provide facility managers with the information needed to ensure optimal performance on Sloan flushometers and faucets.
“Sloan is proud of its innovative lineup of parts, strategically engineered to make our products the most reliable in the industry,” said Mark Lawinger, Sloan’s product line manager for flushometers and fixtures. “Our latest brochure provides valuable insight on the specific parts needed for each Sloan product and the proper maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance for decades.”
The brochure indicates the parts needed to operate several Sloan flushometers, including the Royal®, Regal®, ECOS®, G2, and SOLIS® products. With featured parts ranging from diaphragm kits and control-stop repair kits to inside covers and spud coupling assembly, the brochure lists the exact products needed for each flushometer.
Similar to flushometers, the brochure showcases BASYS®, Optima®, and Sloan® faucets and the parts needed to maximize performance for each product. Parts include batteries, below-deck control boxes, sensor assemblies, solenoid valves, and more.
In addition to parts, Sloan’s new brochure also features a maintenance guide which lists common symptoms that indicate when maintenance may be needed. For example, an elongated or short flush cycle or leaking around the stop are indicators that a flushometer is in need of maintenance, while slow leaks and continuous run-ons indicate that a faucet is in need of maintenance.
