Symposium Distinction Awards recognize design teams, projects and individuals who have made a profound contribution to the healthcare design industry.

The deadline for submissions to the annual Symposium Distinction Awards — the program recognizing design teams, projects and individuals who have made a profound contribution to the healthcare design industry — is Aug. 2. 

Sponsored by the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo and FacilityCare magazine, the program accepts submissions of all types and sizes of healthcare-related facilities. It also recognizes the best and most innovative new products within the healthcare design and construction industry.

Awards will be given in the following categories: 

Team Award

User-Centered Award

Individual Award

Product Awards

George Pressler Under 40 Award

Winners will receive a full conference pass to the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo (HFSE) with a display board at the HFSE event. They will also be highlighted in the HFSE Event Guide and have the opportunity to participate in the award winner panel discussion. Additionally, they will be featured in an article in FacilityCare Magazine
