Top performing health system completes comprehensive database build with Influence Health

Birmingham, Ala. — Meridian Health, consistently rated among the top performing health systems in New Jersey for clinical quality, today announced the completion of their comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) database. With the database complete, Meridian will be able to better understand their patients and provide a more tailored experience.

Meridian acquired Predict, Influence Health’s digital healthcare marketing solution, in April of 2014 with a mission to improve the health of their community. The organization’s goal is to continue to learn more about how patients access care – not just once – but over a continuum to treat conditions holistically.

“Throughout the process of selecting a CRM vendor and through the database build, our objectives have been to create greater awareness of our offerings across the care continuum – to promote prevention and wellness, to better manage the health of the population and keep people out of the hospital,” stated Ryan Younger, Director of Marketing, Meridian Health. “Our visions aligned with Influence Health and we value their expertise in terms of where healthcare is going. It took many team members from both organizations to get us to this point, but we are thrilled to be able to reach patients in a more personal way.”

“At Influence Health, we know that healthcare consumer expectations have been set by other industries and that individuals deserve and expect to receive messages that are unique to them and their needs,” explained Peter Kuhn, CEO, Influence Health. “We are glad to be helping Meridian Health turn their data into a powerful tool that provides them with the ability to personalize the healthcare consumer’s digital experience well beyond their visit.”
