CBRE and Martin Health System are proud to announce that after more than a decade of planning and visioning, Tradition Medical Center opened its doors to the community on December 18th, 2013. 

Maine general Tradition Medical Center is a 201,184 sf, 90- private bed acute care hospital located in Port St. Lucie, Florida on the Tradition Center for Innovation Campus. The new state-of the-art facility provides an array of services to their community including: Emergency Services, Intensive Care Unit, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, General and Specialized Surgery, Inpatient Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging including MRI and CT, Clinical Research, and GI/Endo.

Not only does the new facility offer critical medical access to residents of the region, but it will have a huge impact on innovative research studies and future breakthroughs performed by life sciences organizations that are located on the Tradition Center for Innovation Campus.

It is anticipated that within its first year the new facility will see 30,000 visits to its emergency department, 6,000 patient admissions and 1,500 births. The facility was designed to expand as needed to accommodate for future growth, allowing a maximum capacity of 300 beds.
