The Integrated Procedural Platform combines surgical and interventional care areas on a single, centrally located floor. 

This configuration can better accommodates advanced surgical technologies, enhances patient safety, streamlines workflow and fosters quality and efficiency, the article said.

Froedtert's platform contains more than 30 operating rooms, four catheterization rooms, eight interventional radiology suites and more than 40 post-anesthesia care units.
